Strategic CFO and commercially focused business builder, with over 20 years of investment banking experience and more than 10 years in consultancy, I help companies of various sizes, from start-ups to large corporates, to build a highly capable and flexible organisation that supports rapid growth. (At Lifecare, revenues grew 75% over three years.)

I Work closely with the CEO to translate vision into implementable strategy. I use a coaching and mentoring management style to develop high-performing teams and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving, (I set up a Broking subsidiary in Qatar for Lifecare, the first of its kind, established Risk Management departments in DKB and ABN.) Entrepreneurial mindset and have set up three of my own companies. I have a flexible and adaptable approach and have worked across multiple industries including Banking, Insurance and Consulting and in multiple geographies (UK, Europe, MiddleEast, Asia)

  • Due diligence for Investor making $15mio investment in a Tech Platform servicing the Property Market. Built valuation model. Re-organised the group structure simplifying and aligning founder/investor interests
  • Designed a strategy with the CEO to increase company value. (Lifecare) 75% growth in sales by implementing cross-sell strategy, improving sales capability, and improving processes and MIS
  • Negotiated Operating Licenses with the Qatar Regulator. Set up subsidiary, hiring the Board and establishing corporate governance.
  • ⁠Developed Online lead generation program. Increased leads by more than 50%
  • Project Director for Euro 25mio Bank-wide Credit Risk System. (ABNAMRO )
  • Developed, implemented a plan for repo business (DKBI) servicing parent company’s client base, identified $500Mio of capital savings.
  • UK FTSE 250 Media Company (Yell) developed and implemented a transformation project. Cost savings worth £15M in first year. Enhanced capacity of sales team by 30% with no increase in headcount.
